Rantès stares toward the Southeast without moving, every day. Since he was sent to Doctor Denis’ psychiatric hospital in Buenos Aires, Rantès claims to be an alien waiting for information regarding the stupidity of Earthlings. The atmosphere in the clinic slowly changes around him. Other patients start following him and Doctor Denis becomes obsessed with this strange case.
