Back in the 1930s, H.P. Lovecraft sets off in quest of the Necronomicon, the Book of the Dead. When he finally discovers a copy of it, he awakens three fabulous creatures with incantations. Drawing his inspiration from the work of the creator of Cthulhu again, Yuzna worked here with two very promising directors: Kaneko Shusuke and Christophe Gans.
