Using the power of suggestion shrouded in shadows, Vincenzo Natali has chosen here to make a terrifying film without massive amounts of blood or razzledazzle special effects. It works brilliantly, as the mystery surrounding this haunted house and the oppressive atmosphere there within will most definitely give you cold sweats
