Five teenagers decide to go party in a remote cabin in the woods, unaware that of late the region has become the theater to string of bizarre events. In the evening, while their debauchery is in full swing, a UFO crashes in the forest. Driven by curiosity (and their blood alcohol content), the gang decide to investigate. What should have been a simple getaway with friends becomes a struggle for survival. Aliens are lurking in the forest and they don’t seem very cooperative… For their second feature film together, the Vicious Brothers offer up a fabulously effective sci-fi thriller, somewhere between The X-Files and War of the Worlds. Thanks to their technical skills and breathtaking visuals, these young filmmakers deliver a movie as exciting as it is terrifying, thus confirming their talent. They also give a wonderful Vietnam vet conspiracy theorist role to the great Michael Ironside (Starship Troopers, Total Recall).
