Kato lives in a small flat on top of the coffee shop he owns. One night after work, a voice coming from his computer calls out to him: it’s his own voice! This doppelganger tells him he is him, two minutes in the future. Intrigued, the young man decides to play along. Thus starts an astonishing adventure through time. Shot on a tiny budget, Beyond The Infinite Two Minutes channels the complexity of Primer in an ensemble comedy set in a Kyoto café. A marvel of creativity.
