Seven young people partake in trials for a new type of drug. What should have been a routine medical study turns sour when the test subjects become unable to fall asleep for 4 days. And when finally they do, a horrible death awaits them. Stuck in the lab, the Guinea pigs must fight off sleep and save themselves.
